My name is Sameh “Sam” Shenouda. I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Enrolled Agent (EA) with a primary focus on taxation. I earned my bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1997 and began my career at KPMG, where I developed a strong foundation in tax compliance and planning. With around 20 years of experience in the field, I’ve worked with individuals, small businesses, and growing companies on a wide range of tax matters.

My experience includes preparing tax returns, advising on tax strategies, and helping clients with tax resolution, including resolving tax debt and other tax-related issues. I’ve guided clients through changing tax laws and regulations, with an emphasis on staying compliant while identifying practical opportunities to reduce tax exposure. Over the years, I’ve built a steady, hands-on approach to solving problems and supporting clients in making informed financial decisions.
